At Signature Eleven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the limited edition nature of DROPS, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to report a damaged or incorrect item.

• To request a return, please email us at signatureeleven.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

Note:
Because DROP items are limited edition, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Thank you for understanding.
